Aims and Objectives
- To promote and encourage art and culture amongst the students.
- To provide an opportunity to the youth to meet on a common platform to display in friendly atmosphere for excellence in music, dance, and fine arts.

- One of the participant in the group must register for ZARA NACH KE DIKHA on the Xplore 2010 site. For registration information go to Rules and regulations page.
- Participants should bring the song of the respective item in a CD.
- The stage with light and sound facilities will be arranged by the Committee. No extra light or sound is permitted. The participants are requested to carefully study the rules and regulations for various event.
- Vulgarity in any manner is strictly prohibited
- Participants requiring accommodation must intimate in advance (Number of ladies and gents separate
- There can be only one team from a single college
- Any complaint regarding the selection of candidate for the festival shall be referred to the programme committee. The committee shall be competent to take a final decision on the complaint.
- The list of participants for various items, duly signed by the Principal and Arts Club Secretary, shall reach the Programme Committee Convenor of the Festival on or before the fixed date. The entry forms should contain the name (in block letters), class and signature of the competitors. For the group items, names of all the participants shall be furnished.
- There shall be an appellate body for the competitions, comprising the following persons.
- The Principal
- Programme Committee Chairman/convenor
- A Senior teacher nominated by the Principal
- General Convenor or his nominee.
- In case of any dispute or any issue connected with the festival, the decision of the appellate body shall be final.
- Every participant should bring an identification letter signed by the Principal of the concerned college.
- The Programme Committee convenors and participants are requested to note that the names and initials of the participating students are entered correctly so as to avoid much confusion and delay in issuing the certificates and cash awards.
- The appellate committee shall have the power to consider any complaint received in writing from the candidate regarding the conduct of the Arts Festival and it shall have the power to call for any record, if it finds relevant and connected with the conduct of the Festival.
- Any complaint in writing shall be submitted to the convenor, Appellate Committee within an hour of the announcement of the result. The appellate committee shall be competent to take a final decision in the matter. Complaints regarding the marks awarded by the judges shall not be entertained by the Appellate Committee.
- The appellate committee shall be competent to disqualify and participant or team for gross misbehaviour or violation or rules.
- There shall be no overwriting in the scoring sheets presented by the judges. Corrections, if any, shall be fully signed by the concerned judge.
