General Rules

• Entry open to professional students. Events open to others will be specifically marked
• Registration fee Rs.100/- per head which will be collected on the spot
• Bonafide certificate by HOD/Principal of the participant's college is must
• The decision of the judges will be final

The Registration Process

• In order to register for the Xplore 2010 Events you must first create an Xplore 2010 Account.
• Create the Xplore 2010 account by filling your details in the Create Account page
• An activation mail will be send to your email address. Click the activation link to activate your registration.
• Once you activate your account you can log on to your account with your username and password.
• Once you login you can register for the events using the event registration tab.
• You can edit your registrations until 15th February 2010
• Please remember to take the updated copy of your registration form after updating your registration. You must bring this registration form and your college ID when you come for Xplore 2010.

Rules for registration

• Registration is required only for those events where it is explicitly marked as 'Registration Required'. No registration is necessary for participating in those events which is marked as 'Registtration not required'.
• For team events, only a single member need to register representing the whole team. No separate registration is required for each member
• You can use the same account to register for more than one event. But ensure that the events that you register does not overlap in schedule. No changes to the schedule will be made under any circumstances.
• Registration will close on 15th February 2010
• You can edit your registrations until 13th february 2010. After this date you wont be able to edit your registrations.
