Project Demonstration
- Registration Required

RULES
- One of the participant in the group must register for PROYECTO on the Xplore 2010 site. For registration information go to Rules and regulations page.
- Specify area of the project (must be electrical or electronics based)
- Abstracts of the projects must be mailed to us on or before 13th february 2010
- Among those only the short listed ones will be allowed to be demonstrated and presented
- A maximum of 3 members only are allowed per team
- Time allowed for demonstration is only 15 minutes
- The participants must bring model of their project, report attested by their respective institution and slides for presentation
- All the rules applicable to project demonstration competitions will be applicable to this program also

- There will be an elimination round first, after which teams will be selected for final round

Paper Presentation Contest
- Registration Required

RULES
- The participant must register for ILLUSTRAZIONE on the Xplore 2010 site. For registration information go to Rules and regulations page.
- The number of authors should be limited to One author & one co-author
- Participants are not allowed to submit more than one paper
- Participants are required to sent a soft copy of their entire paper in the IEEE or any other international format before 13/02/2010
- The length of the paper should not exceed 6 pages
- Participants have to submit their full paper for scrutiny, abstracts will not be entertained
- Documents only in Microsoft word or PDF formats are allowed
- The title of the submitted file must be a shortened version of their paper title. (eg: Suppose the paper title is How to make the tastiest lemon juice from a given lemon, squeezer, water and ice , then the name of the file will be making "tastiest lemon juice.doc" )
- Participants are requested to submit their papers in IEEE format (provided above). In case it is not possible, submitting the papers in any internationally recognized format is allowed. Else, they can submit their papers in a neat, legible, coherently arranged format , with perfect alignment, font adjustments(sizes, font type), naming of figures/tables/charts and references.
- Kindly provide your names, email addresses and contact numbers in the paper that you submit.
- All the other rules applicable to paper presentation competitions will be applicable to this program also.

Wiring Design Contest

RULES
- The participant must register for CAVOZ on the Xplore 2010 site. For registration information go to Rules and regulations page.
- A maximum two members per team are allowed to participate in this event.
- There will be two elimination rounds and a final round.
- Initial round will include simple electrical wiring. The second round will include setting up an electronic circuit followed by the final round which will be either electrical or electronic based.
- All the other rules applicable to Wiring Design competitions will be applicable to this program also.

RULES
- The participant must register for URJAZ on the Xplore 2010 site. For registration information go to Rules and regulations page.
- The participants are allowed to present energy audit reports of any establishment(can be their institution or any other industry etc.)
- Abstracts of the reports must be mailed to us on or before 13/02/2010
- Among those only the short listed ones will be allowed to be demonstrated and presented
- The presentation must be of maximum 15 minutes duration
- Participants are allowed to present their presentation in ppt form only
